Time is running short. Here it is the middle of April. This is a reminder. All Squadrons should be looking to whom they wish to run their squadron for the next year. Get a jump on everyone else. As soon as your elections are completed, Turn in a certification and bond for the year 2009-2010. This will keep our Adjutant John Hill very happy and make the process of getting your new card a whole lot easier. Your Meeting in May is also the time for you to collect and tally up the hours your members have worked. These are used to complete you consolidated report due June 1st. Remember every Squadron is required to turn in a report no matter how much you've worked this past year. Every hour, every dollar counts. You may not think you have a chance to win any award, but you may surprise yourselves. We take all reports and add them together to form a District Report and then a Detachment report. So fill out you report. Get it back to John Hill, or Ronnie Grist by June first.
Thanks for all your hard work.
